Welcome to MagnaPro Consulting. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website magnapro.ca and our services, including career accelerator programs, resume optimization, interview coaching, and job application support.

Services Offered
MagnaPro Consulting provides the following services:
- Career Accelerator Programs: 6-week structured training programs for Product Management and Project Management roles
- Resume & LinkedIn Optimization: Professional resume writing and LinkedIn profile enhancement services
- Job Application Support: Guided job search execution and application strategy
- Interview & On-the-Job Coaching: Interview preparation and workplace coaching sessions
- Resources & Content: Career insights, articles, and educational materials
Services are provided on a fee-for-service basis or through program enrollment. Specific terms, pricing, and deliverables will be outlined in individual service agreements or program descriptions.
User Responsibilities
When using our services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Actively participate in scheduled sessions and programs
- Complete assigned tasks and exercises in a timely manner

Payment and Fees

All fees for services are clearly stated on our website or in service agreements. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect services already purchased or under contract.

Refund Policy
Refund eligibility depends on the specific service:
- Accelerator Programs: Refunds may be available within the first 7 days of program start, minus any completed sessions or materials provided
- One-Time Services: Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and must be requested within 48 hours of service delivery
- Coaching Sessions: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for rescheduling or refund consideration

Intellectual Property Rights
Our Content

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MagnaPro Consulting from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
